Terms of Service
Bookings
Bookings are subject to availability. We may reschedule due to weather or safety considerations.
- Appointment windows are typically 2 hours to account for travel and prior job variability.
- Special requests should be disclosed at booking to ensure proper equipment and time allocation.
- We reserve the right to assign qualified substitute cleaners when required.
Cancellations
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. Late cancellations may incur a fee.
- Less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a late cancellation fee up to 50% of the booking value.
- Missed appointments (no access on arrival) may be charged the full service fee.
- Reschedules are offered subject to calendar availability.
Payments
We accept major cards. Taxes are applied based on the service location’s province.
- Payment is authorized at booking and captured after service completion.
- Receipts include a breakdown of subtotal, applicable taxes, and total.
- Tips are optional and go 100% to the cleaner.
Responsibilities
We handle property with care. Please secure valuables and inform us about sensitive areas or materials.
- Notify us of any surfaces requiring special care (e.g., marble, antique finishes).
- Provide safe access to water and electricity during the appointment.
- Report any concerns within 24 hours so we can address them promptly.
Access and Safety
We may refuse or discontinue service if conditions are unsafe, unsanitary beyond scope, or violate applicable laws.
- Pets should be secured for the duration of the service unless otherwise agreed.
- We do not handle hazardous materials or biohazard remediation.
- Excessive clutter may require an updated estimate and schedule.
Liability and Limitations
Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. We are not liable for pre-existing wear, defects, or manufacturer limitations.
- Minor cosmetic damage may be addressed by repair or reasonable compensation at our discretion.
- We are insured for general liability; certificates available upon request.
- No consequential or indirect damages are covered.
Disputes and Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the province where service is performed and applicable federal laws of Canada.
- Notify us in writing of any dispute within 30 days of service.
- We aim to resolve issues amicably; otherwise, parties may pursue available legal remedies.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
